Alright Cabot Creamery here's your chance to get in the Korean cheese market with Kimchi flavored cheese. Errr we didn't try it, but I have to say I'm a little skeptical. Maybe it's that right fusion of spice and cabbage that would give Pepperjack a run for its money.
